It deserves its 4 stars. The staff was loyal throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfying, we enjoyed it. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Fondue Stube that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Wanted to explore Sun Peaks and this hotel was nice base for doing it. The standard king room overlooked the mountain. The breakfast was excellent, we loved it. It is set in the heart of the city. It is great value for money.
